Emily’s
Trial (book 2 of The Akasha Chronicles) by Natalie Wright is an excellent YA
fantasy. It is action packed and full of adventure.
The
author did a great job of weaving a tale of adventure that was fast paced and
easy to follow. The story never lagged or dragged on but kept my interest from
the first page until the last. The storyline contained all the needed fantasy
elements combined with youthful excitement of the teenage heroine to make for a
great read.
Natalie
Wright did an excellent job of continuing to develop her characters and their
various storylines after the first novel. It added to the fantasy part of the
story to watch their social interaction developed.
I
really liked Emily’s Trial by Natalie Wright and I highly recommend this book.
